March Against Hunger

Join us for our first annual March Against Hunger 5K Family Fun Walk at Northtown Mall.  All proceeds go to support CEAP’s food shelves.  Just $25. Register here.

There is no better time to give than during CEAP’s March Against Hunger in support of Minnesota FoodShare’s March Campaign. A portion of every dollar and every pound of food raised for CEAP is matched by Minnesota FoodShare and the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches. The more that’s donated, the bigger the match!

You can make a difference. Our neighbors’ needs only continue to grow. Last year CEAP distributed over 1.3 million pounds of food to families in need, some could be your next door neighbors. The matching gifts we received as a result of our donors 2015 March Campaign efforts paid for three months worth of our food expenses – allowing us to serve every family that walked through our doors.

Help us this year. Click here to find out how.

We are not alone in reducing hunger and providing independence.  Check out the Minnesota Hunger Initiative. The Minnesota Hunger InitiativeMinnesotaHungerInitiative is a group of leaders with a common mission: to increase the effectiveness of the hunger relief system throughout Minnesota through collaboration. All of our Minnesota Hunger Initiative Partners work hard each day to reduce and end hunger in Minnesota, with generous help from many engaged individuals.

The Minnesota Hunger Initiative is partnering with the Taste of the NFL to Kick Hunger Challenge.
