Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) mobilizes resources, shares abundance, and nourishes neighbors to create a healthier, stronger, and more connected community. 

CEAP was founded in 1970 as a food shelf responding to the growing need for human services in Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Today, CEAP is a boundaryless organization that weaves together a social safety net to support our neighbors.
