What We Do

Farm Fresh Fest

Farm Fresh Fest is a celebration of our community and an opportunity for neighbors to receive fresh, in-season produce in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere. This seasonal series includes produce stands, food samples, health and wellness education, games, and connections to community resources and businesses.

Each week, the partnerships and activities available will be centered around a theme. Farm Fresh Fest will take place at CEAP from 3pm-5pm on the following Wednesdays:

  • July 12: PlayStrong (fun + games focus)
  • July 19: EatStrong (nutrition focus)
  • July 26: MoveStrong (movement + fitness focus)
  • August 2: BeStrong (healthcare focus)
  • August 9: GrowStrong (environment focus)
  • August 16: LearnStrong (extracurriculars focus)
  • August 23: LearnStrong (adult education focus)
  • August 30: LearnStrong (back-to-school focus)

Farm Fresh Fest is being generously sponsored by Allina Health Systems, North Memorial Health Care, Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion, Hennepin County Medical Center, and Old National Bank Brooklyn Center. We are so grateful for their partnership and commitment to growing a stronger community by creating access to healthy food and community connections!

All of our neighbors are welcome at Farm Fresh Fest, and advance registration is not required.

You can help us share joy, equity, and health this summer by volunteering at Farm Fresh Fest or making a donation to sponsor a pallet of produce.
