Cooking Matters

Through a partnership with Share our Strengths and University of Minnesota Extension, CEAP hosts a six-week cooking course for adults called Cooking Matters.  Each course is team-taught by a volunteer chef and nutrition educator. The classes cover everything from meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting, and even nutrition tips and tricks. Participants even have the opportunity to take home a bag of groceries at the end of each class.
