Through a partnership with Share our Strengths and University of Minnesota Extension, CEAP hosts a six-week cooking course for adults called Cooking Matters. Each course is team-taught by a volunteer chef and nutrition educator. The class covers meal preparation, grocery shopping, food budgeting, and nutrition. Participants take home a bag of groceries at the end of each class.
